We are launching our survey on the living and working conditions of research fellows in Italian universities and research centres. Our aim is to gain insight into how research fellows go through this difficult phase of their academic careers, and have a better understanding of the research fellowship system as a whole, as a crucial part of how Italian universities and research centres function.
